I truly appreciate Dr. Albortz and the level of care she provides. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to clearly explain my eye care needs and answer questions. Her professionalism and attention to detail are the reason I continue to return to the practice. Unfortunately, my experience outside of the exam room has been less positive, the customer service experience felt very transactional rather than welcoming. The sales associates did not appear particularly engaged or helpful during the frame selection process, and there was little effort made to provide style guidance or create a warm customer experience. A more modern, diverse frame selection along with a more energetic and customer-focused approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience. While I trust Dr. Albortz with my eye care, I will likely purchase my frames elsewhere moving forward.
